If Mightiness becomes high enough, he will enter Mighty form, boosting his combat capabilities. Can work out to raise his Mightiness meter. However, do be cautious when grinding those ancients-you don’t want to set your base on fire in the event you began your grind in the wrong place… She also makes the Dragonfly fight much easier due to her inherent immunity to fire. Willow is a pretty good nightmare fuel farmer due to her many sanity-related boons-and “disadvantages” that could be exploited to one’s benefit. Wormwood could easily be indirectly murdered by an insane Willow lighting fires. Maxwell, as his items require quite the sums of nightmare fuel, and Willow’s main purpose is providing that. Webber, as Bernie not only requires silk to be re-crafted, but sewing kits-which can be used to revive an already-made Bernie-require a hefty sum of silk as well. ![]() Wilson, in the event Bernie must be re-crafted, as Bernie requires beard hair. This can be good when Charlie would otherwise attack, but it is often a negative, as there have been countless incidents of entire bases accidentally razed by an insane Willow. ![]() Lights small fires at her feet randomly when insane. Also loses sanity rapidly when freezing, and is more vulnerable to freezing. Loses sanity even more rapidly when wet. Can support other characters by having Bernie distract shadow creatures that are attacking them. Can use her lighter to cook food on the go, and the lighter can serve as a more durable torch, albeit with even less light provided. Less vulnerable to overheating than other characters. Can have her teddy bear, Bernie, attack nearby non-bosses, so long as she is insane. Can regain sanity by standing near fire. His lack of unstable traits, such as low stats or crazy disadvantages, makes him amazing for those whom are still wet behind the ears, and his beard makes him desirable even for the most expert of players. Those who judge Wilson by his cover miss out on a steady income of an important resource. While Wilson may seem a poor choice at a glance, his only perk is a powerful one. Meat effigies allow one to revive near the area they died in without being immediately in danger, in the event an effigy is built in advance as a precaution, and as such Wilson may well be preferable to Wanda’s Second Chance Watch when it comes to reviving others in convenient areas. As such, he pairs very well with anyone, especially those whom bear the duty of going to dangerous areas, such as Wigfrid or WX-78. Wilson’s simplicity makes him rare to pair negatively, but his steady supply of beard hair makes him an asset to any team that has access to shadow manipulators, as meat effigies-powerful resurrection tools-require beard hair, and other characters can have trouble acquiring it until they have the equipment to go to the ruins. Wilson has no direct negative traits, making him much more stable than most characters and therefore highly recommended for newcomers. I believe the insulation is slightly more than Webber’s, however it must be well-grown before the insulation is very useful. The amount of beard hair when shaved depends on how grown the beard is. ![]() Given Webber’s spider-war-related talents, his beard giving silk is kind of useless, as such Wilson’s beard is definitely much more useful. While it takes longer than Webber’s beard to grow, it gives beard hair when shaved with a razor.
